Dr. Cullen is given the update of a new patient in the ward -- one Edward Masen. Neither of them knowing at the first meeting how revolutionary this short week will be for them.

Edward's First Almsot.

1919: France (Spring)
While traveling in France, Carlisle wrangles Edward to an art museum. There are early longings of many accords expressed here. Look carefully or you might just miss the early subtext!

1919: London (May)
A while after arriving in London, Edward notices that Carlisle has gone missing.

The NightSide Act I; The Introduction

Edward's Entrance (Late Night)
Edward's first steps into The Nightside, and his first meeting with John Bloody Taylor and Cap'n Tommy "Hook" Pahn. In which Edward learns things he isn't quite smart enough to realize the importance of until later.

Hector & Wyn's Consecutive Meeting (Late Night)
Carlisle bumps into a fellow looking for his 'assistant,' while trying to hope Edward hasn't come looking for him on his first entrance, which leads directly into locating said assistant and the conversations which followed.

Carlisle & Edward (Late Night)
(Posted previous to the prior four) This is Carlisle's entrance to the Nightside -- wherein Edward, post his entrance to The Nightside and search, finds Carlisle.

Together, again, sort of(Maybe Morning)
Carlisle and Edward find a bank after being rebuffed by The Dormouse. Then Carlisle finds a flighty changeling, too.

Wyn and Edward Meet (Sometime Later)
Edward does not bite the cute, bouncy girl in the library.

II. London; The Right Side

1919, London
Back on the right side of London Carlisle and Edward discuss the changes to their world since being to The Nightside and back. It's highly inconclusive but it seems to help them both.

1919, London
Carlisle and Edward discuss where to travel next -- a conversation with some very awkward, untimely things said in it -- make it to the train station and then something happens to Edward while Carlisle is tending to a fallen woman.

The Nightside Act II; Nightside Napping!

Edward's Nightside Appearance
Stolen to the Nightside by Violins! Edward stumbled right into a girl very much like him, and actually finds the first person he round- aboutly might feel quite friendly toward after a long, circling conversation about the things they have (and don't have) in common.

Edward Without Carlisle
The six days after his Nightside!napping, and how he spent them. Far from okay, Edward has better things to contend with than his conscience as he plots how to get back home to London and Carlisle.

Finally The Way Opens
Finally admitted to the Nightside, Carlisle talks to Wyn and meets an Amriel, before he and Edward find each other. There is fighting, declarations, an alarmingly bad kiss, and drastic revelations.

More Helping at Mrs. Westenra's
Edward continues to help the lady of the house and discovers a piano, an old passion, and a new one. Or is it two? Many revelations, of many different kinds, take place. As well as a much better kiss.

Also there is a visit from Hector and Win during Edward's piano performance.

Discoveries and Divas!
Wherein ascots are discussed and one, soon to be infamous, leather jacket is purchased. Then there is discovery of a one-of-kind performance hall!

The Nightside Act III; In Which Things Change

Things Were Bound To Happen
Edward hides out in a library. He bumps into Wyn and Hector. He also manages to stay behind without Carlisle. There is talk of America, learning’s and teachers before Carlisle abandons the library. They meet back up in Westenra's. Warning's for consensual adult situations.

Harry's Ep
Carlisle and Harry meet on the roof.

Knowledge and Permission
Talk of teachers, telepathy, and what happens when boys are left to being boys. Mmmm.

Ori's Ep
Carlisle meets Ori and connects her with Amriel.

No Other Life Than This
Edward has a confession to make, while he and Carlisle are headed out of town and back to the real world. Even if he takes a while to get to it.

III. London, Netherlands, France, Atlantic Ocean

Carlisle has a surprise for Edward -- and some very important words that will change the way Edward thinks about his past and future. There is also sunshine and water and some amazing beauty in this one.

July 1919, The Netherlands
Traveling in the Netherlands, Carlisle and Edward take in post-war Europe. There is a hospital, and some much needed addressing of separate needs and wants.

July 1919, France
Traveling on to Reims there is cathedral visiting. There is talk of religion and God and faith and so much in here. Divine and sacrilegious. And adult.

The Nightside Act IV; Devil in the Details

Carlisle and Edward find themselves in The Nightside instead of the boat in the Atlantic. Discussions of nomenclature, unshared secrets and the third visit to the Dormouse.

After Carlisle's first day of work. There are discussions and poetry, pianos and a house, and liberal doses of both hot n' awkward.
